Provides substance abuse services for residents of Cameron, Elk and McKean counties who need education, information, or treatment for alcohol or drug related issues. A full continuum of alcohol and other drug prevention, intervention, and treatment services is offered to all ages. This includes referral and evaluation, outpatient and inpatient treatment, Intensive Outpatient Treatment (IOP), Student Assistance Programs, educational services, case management and prevention services.
