| CAPSEA provides confidential ongoing assistance to victims of all physical, sexual, and domestic abuse in Elk and Cameron counties. SErvices include a 24-hour hotline, crisis intervention, counseling/suport, emergency shelter, Protection From Abuse informaiton and referral, and transportation.accompaniment to medical/legal appointments. Prevention education/training to schools, community groups, and professionals is available. |
